Youth Requirements for Blue Belt:

Single Stick Set (shifting variation) memorized

Double Stick Set (shifting variation) memorized

Sinawalis: Novice, 4 count and 6 count

4 stick disarms

Stance set / basic foot work: corner step, cross step, swing step and shuffle

Karate combos 1 & 2 plus own combination

Shuai Jiao ground basics: rolls and falls, holds and escapes
